Name Change

As most of you may have read from the twitter buzz this morning, the newly hired creative director Hedi Slimane of Yves Saint Laurent will be changing the iconic fashion house's name to Saint Laurent Paris - reverting back to 1966 when the brand was called Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. This will be in attempt to give a fresh new face to YSL - out with the old, in with the new!

In addition to the name change, he will also be moving the design studio to LA - a move that will definitely change the influences of the collections.

Although he may keep the YSL logo, I hope they don't so I can get this bag on discount like old sports jerseys...one can hope, right?
If you're feeling spendy get the bag here.
What do you guy think about the name change and the future of the brand?
